Application Data. If you use our applications, we may request access to mobile device features (e.g., Bluetooth, sensors, camera, storage) and collect device data (device ID, model, OS, carrier, IP address) and usage of app features. We may send push notifications; you can opt out in device settings.

Information from other sources. To enhance our records and provide relevant offers, we may receive information from public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, and social media (e.g., mailing addresses, job titles, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses, profiles, URLs, and intent data).

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services; communicate with you; for security and fraud prevention; and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

We may share information in specific situations, such as business transfers (e.g., merger, sale of assets, financing, acquisition). Service providers may process information on our behalf under contract.

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18. If we learn that personal information from a user under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and delete such data. 8) Controls for Do‑Not‑Track features

Most browsers and some mobile OS/apps include a Do‑Not‑Track (DNT) feature. No uniform standard exists for recognizing DNT signals, so we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted, we will update this notice accordingly.

9) California residents: your privacy rights

California residents have specific rights (e.g., Shine the Light, CCPA). We have not sold personal information in the past twelve (12) months. Categories we may collect include: identifiers; customer records; protected classification characteristics; and in limited cases internet/network activity. We do not collect biometric data, precise geolocation, education records (outside job applications), or sell personal information.
